Obstacle Course Racing is a sport in which a competitor, traveling on foot, must overcome various physical challenges in the form of obstacles. Races vary from mostly obstacles such as American Ninja Warrior “Ninja Races”, to track races, to urban and cross country events. Various Companies (Spartan, Tough Mudder, World OCR) have made the average couch potato into more than a weekend warrior.
Rachel Munoz (wife & mother) takes us on her transparent journey from being overweight to ranking 11th in the US in 2018 on the Spartan course.
