You live only once.

That is a fact and there is nothing you can
do about it.

How you live your life is the only thing you
can control.

That is also a fact.

Don’t be scared to take chances, to live your life.
Love with everything you have and chase your
dreams.

If you let fear hold you back, you will never
live the life you want. You will live with
regret.

I had a thought two weeks ago. What if
I start doing interviews for Diesel? I’ve
given tons of information over the years and
I wanted to give you the perspective from
other world class coaches.

You deserve that.

As a good coach, you have to have the “beginner’s
mind” when it comes to training. You have to be
open to learning, experiencing and training new
ways.

I took a chance and drove down to New Jersey to
start my quest. And I knocked out a big chunk and
interviewed two coaches right away.

I did not let hesitation, regret or anything else
stand in my way.
